Directions: Essence can be taken orally by placing 3 drops under the tongue or in a drink. Store in a cool dark place, avoid direct sunlight. Expires 1 year after the purchase date.
My Flower Essences are very potent! Please start with the smallest dosage while you adjust to the vibrations of these magical plants. Besides being taken orally our Essences can be used to make smudge/aura sprays, anoint intention candles and so much more!

- I only make pure flower essences from plants I have cultivated and cared for myself.
